Whatever it is, lambat ke cepat ke, dah jauh malam ke, Saya mesti buat cupcakes... Hari ini ada order dan hari ini juga last day of school for mid term... Nanti kesian budak2 tu , teringat2 kat my choc cupcakes.
Infact, yesterday was a hectic day, but I managed to accomplished all mission.... including baking. From the office we straight away fetched all the children from school. Then, sampai rumah, solat, tengok cerita NORA ELENA....(all of us follow cerita ni...) dinner, hantar Yasmin pergi tuition, pergi Kipmart, Tampoi beli barang-barang untuk buat cuppies sebab disposable dah habis. Habis beli barang2 di Kipmart dah pukul 9.40pm, we straight away went to BBU and wait for Yasmin came back from tuition.
About 10.10pm we reached home, angkat semua barang2 and arranged accordingly. At 11.15pm then only I started mixing & baking. End up baking at 12.20pm, siap kemas dan basuh segala barang2.
AND it's surprised me, when I saw Amin still tak tidur lagi.... concentrate with his drawing & coloring . He seems so nervous and worried with his PI (Pendidikan Seni) as ayah wants him to choose one of the topic given , which is, lukis rumah.... . Ayah dah lukis and Amin has to follow , similiar if not exactly..... Sampai pukul 1am , Amin masih tekun mewarna and at that stage, Amin dah macam tak worried sangat , as earlier. To give him support, I accompany him, praise him, so that he feels good. Dah siap Amin mewarna semua, barulah we all tidur.
Hope today, Amin dapat buat PI dengan hati yang tenang and he can enjoy his coloring.

choc cupcakes again....
Today buat cupcakes lagi....... untuk memenuhi order kawan2 Yasmin.... Seperti biasa adunan di buat untuk 45 cupcakes yg boleh ditampung oleh my cute steamer......
Choc cupcakes ni menjadi kegemaran ramai esp children kerana ingredient dia chocolate dan topping pun chocolate.... I started my baking after having dinner. Process membaking take about 2 hours sampai siap topping. Sometimes Yasmin bagi kat kawan2 dia as a gift.
Thanks to Yasmin's friend yang selalu support my business.

Harmony Sunday....
Eventhough, today is Sunday, but everybody in this house seem so busy with their timetable.... K Ya dah keluar pagi2 for her 'Green Run' or ' Larian Hijau', followed by Yasmin for her 8am xtra class. Later, Azamuddin going for tuition. Last, Amin went for his Ninja practise. My other half having breakfast with his ex-schoolmates.....
I'm alone at home.... doing all the house chores dan sambil fikir2 menu for lunch. I decided to cook meehoon soup for our lunch. So, before that, kena buat air stock terlebih dahulu. Kena buat cepat2 cos' have to rush to fetch Amin at 11am. About 45min stock water dah siap, then fetched Amin from Ninja practise, singgah Q & Q (kedai runcit favourite.....) to buy tomato & celery. As usual Amin pun tumpang bought his fav....(vitagen)... his mission nak kumpul botol2 tu sampai about 100 bottles, so that dia boleh buat KLCC tower. Balik rumah, my other half already at home. Proceed to prepare meehoon soup before Yasmin & Azamuddin back from tuition.
After lunch, buat truffle...(some say triffle....) tak tahu lah mana satu.... yang pasti, tuan punya resepi bagi 'truffle' ..... so, I follow.......It takes me about 30min to make it ready, then I put it in the fridge before I proceed to check all the laundries, yang mcm gunung... Yang dah kering, angkat, yang dlm washmachine hang out as our dryer 'bercuti' buat sementara waktu,.. until further notice ...........
Best jugak dapat buat truffle today, sebab guest datang, ada benda nak hidang... kalau tidak air teh bujang je...(padahal tuan rumah dah beranak pinak....) And , I'm very happy because all in the house like the truffle... ditambah pula si bujang rajin nak buat Sirap Bandung Soda........... So, lagi lah yum yum yum.... tambah2 dengan cuaca yang teramat panas outside.... better to stay indoor... sambil makan2 dan minum... dan lepak2, afterthat 'tertidur'
For dinner, meehoon soup again (Yasmin's request), nasi putih & ayam paprik yang x cukup syarat sebab malas nak pergi kedai beli daun limau purut....

HIJRAH
Hari ini bermulalah penghijrahan kami ke BBU buat kali yg ke 2.... Penghijrahan untuk kebaikan, kesenangan dan kemudahan anak2 dan juga kami.. Wpun barang tak habis angkat lagi, tapi I felt fresh this morning, because there's no more rushing in the morning, infact sempat masak simple cooking - ikan caru masak asam limau untuk Muhammad Azamuddin.
All of us very happy to move in to BBU.... semuanya depan mata... distance from one another tak sampai 5 mins... Everybody seems very excited tambahan pula dgn rumah yang very convenient untuk kami 6 beranak. BUT one thing for sure RIVERRIA always in my heart..... My First House... yang begitu convenient dan best, with all the facilities... We will drop by from time to time.
Semuga ALLAH memberkati perjalanan hidup kami dan menguatkan lagi keimanan dan ketaqwaan kami kepadaNya...Amin...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, AMIN.....
Today, 25th March adalah hari ulangtahun kelahiran Muhammad Aminuddin, our youngest... One thing for sure, kehadiran Muhammad Aminuddin banyak membawa perubahan kepada perjalanan hidup kami... From 5 of us, dah jadi 6 of us.... from one boy in the family, dah ada 2 boys, AND semestinya abang (Muhammad Azamuddin) dah ada kawan... Abang looks very excited waiting for Amin to grow up, and they can play football together.... Mereka berdua mempunyai minat yang sama, wpun abang memang selalu mengusik Amin...
Amin, after one month of his delivery, he's having extensive capilary hemangiomas on his right face and forehead. Hemangiomas are strawberry-colored "birthmarks". They are not true birthmarks since they are mostly not seen at birth, but start in infancy and then begin to grow. After Dr Kok confirmed us that it was hemangioma, then, he referred Muhammad Aminuddin to Prof Zulkifli Ismail (Paediatrician, HUKM).
From there, started our journey..... we have been travelling up & down to KL almost every week , and then every month, & so on... sampailah sekarang ni, twice a year...
Amin's treatment started with prednisolone 5mg, and after a week the lesion seemed to be less red and he was able to open his right eye. Besides Prof Zul, we also see Mr Nasir (Plastic Surgeon) and Prof Muhaya (Oftalmology). Amin responded so well to prednisolone dengan bantuan yang tidak berbelah bagi dari mak & abah (K mi & abang) setiap hari.
Amin stop his pred at age of 2. AND today, amin telah menjangkau ke usia 8 tahun....but for us he still like a baby sebab dia yang paling kecil kat rumah tu... dan tidak ketinggalan jugak dia selalu di kacau oleh kakak2 & abang. Dan kadang2 Amin pun suka kacau kakak dan abang..
At age of 5 Amin started his kindergarden. Sungguh lorat, sebab menangis masa first week and first trial days tu.. After about a few weeks Amin dah boleh get along and adapt with the new enviroment, friends & teachers.
TODAY, Amin is in Year 2...and we found that Amin is very good in his study for the time being. Hope it will last long.

choc moist cupcakes
Choc cupcake again.... from trying the receipe, buat sikit2 perubahan untuk lebih mengancam, food testing & suddenly Yasmin come back with her list of customers.... followed by Kak Ya... then, Amin... tapi yang menambahkan happy, bila Aida called cakap nak order choc cake & truffle... bestnya... suka sangat... THERE.... start my bizz... Alhamdullilah, hubby mengizinkan dan menyokong usaha saya. Memang suka buat bizz kecil2an since I was in school.
Sekarang, sekurang2nya 3 kali seminggu saya akan melayan perasaan di dapur comel saya untuk buat choc cupcakes... Biasanya saya akan ambil masa lebihkurang 2 jam untuk 40 pcs cupcakes... siap topping... Pagi saya akan deliver kepada customers...
Hari minggu adalah hari untuk saya bersantai sambil memikirkan resepi2 baru untuk dicuba... atau memasak / baking mengikut permintaan anak2....
